Two brothers. One last tag. A feature drama set inside the world of professional wrestling.

Enter the story

They've spent their lives
fighting together.

After their father's death, twin brothers Tyler and Trevor Manning keep performing as the patriotic wrestling duo Stars and Stripes Forever.

But inside the ring—and outside it—their carefully constructed world begins to collapse. One brother fights to survive his own mind. The other discovers that saving someone can become another way of losing yourself.

In wrestling, the pain may be real. Everything else is kayfabe.

01 / Tyler

The caretaker

Older by four minutes. Driven, controlling, and convinced that vigilance can keep tragedy from striking twice.

02 / Trevor

The survivor

A gifted performer living with bipolar disorder and trauma, searching for a life beyond the role everyone needs him to play.

03 / Downtown Joey Brown

The corner man

A former wrestling star and the old-school owner of The Sweat Shop. Gruff, funny, and fiercely loyal, Joey mentors the brothers while fighting to protect his own hard-won recovery.

04 / Amy Whitaker

The lifeline

A diner waitress with firm boundaries and an instinct for seeing through Tyler's performance. Amy offers him something the ring cannot: an honest connection and a life that doesn't depend on saving his brother.

More than a wrestling movie

Tell the truth.
Break the kayfabe.

Tag Team uses the language of professional wrestling to tell a deeply human story about the roles families perform to survive—and what happens when those performances stop working.

We are building the film in conversation with the wrestling, veteran, mental-health, and recovery communities so that entertainment, accuracy, and compassion remain in the same corner.
